Community Television begins web streaming
Community television for
all
What: Naperville Community Television, Channel 17 has partnered
with ZEZAN Data Center to stream NCTV17 programming on their
website.
Partnership Goals:

To enable NCTV17
programming to be viewed on the internet simultaneous to the broadcast
on Channel 17, removing viewing boundaries.

As NCTV17 programs are
being broadcast at the NCTV17 studio, the signal is sent to a ZEZAN IP
broadcasting server; ZEZAN encodes the signal and then sends it over the
internet to the NCTV17 website where it is decoded and broadcast as live
streaming.
